Fiber-Optic Boring Across the Valley
Valley fiber demand runs on two engines. The industrial one: data-center campuses from Mesa's corridor to Goodyear's, plus the fab ecosystem north and southeast, all needing diverse-path entrances and interconnect duct placed with precision through ground that fights precision. The residential one: FTTH overbuilds working the grid-platted suburbs where the drilling is fast until the cobble lens says otherwise.
Cobbles are the fiber crew's particular enemy — a pilot head glancing off river rock wanders, and a wandered bore under a finished street is expensive humility. Our cobble plan is standard kit: appropriate tooling, slower pilot pace through mapped reaches, and honest re-shoot economics in the quote instead of buried in a change order.
Deliverable: proofed and mandreled duct on alignment, located and as-built, tape or fiber pulled per spec. Splicing stays with your fiber house unless scoped in.

Can you hold schedule on a campus buildout in summer?
Yes — by scheduling like it's summer. Dawn and night shifts on permitted corridors, heat protocols staffed, and production rates quoted for the season we'll actually drill in. The schedule that survives July is the one written for July.
